At BlahBud, we prioritize user safety and are committed to preventing child exploitation. We enforce strict age restrictions and provide users with a way to report safety concerns. We adhere to all relevant CSAE regulations and take immediate action to remove CSAM in compliance with applicable laws.

1. Age Restrictions

BlahBud is intended for users aged 18 and above. During account creation, users cannot enter a birthdate that would make them under 18.

2. Reporting Concerns

We take all child safety concerns seriously. If you encounter any issues related to child safety, please contact us.

3. Compliance with Authorities

BlahBud complies with child safety laws and works with relevant authorities in France. Reports of child exploitation or abuse can also be submitted directly to:

• Pharos (French Police Reporting Platform)
• Point de Contact (Cyber-Violence Witness or Victim)
